Cancellation of your order is only allowed when the amount is not yet credited to the company’s account.
Changes
Product changes are not accepted, as the preparation of your order includes irreversible modification of the flowers.
Returns
Returning products as well as refunding is not possible, due to the nature of the product.
In case that the recipient does not accept the order, there is no refund, however you can pick up your order from our physical store or ask us to deliver it to another address (extra shipment charges apply).
